We are a community pool, and we welcome individuals and families from surrounding communities throughout greater Williamsburg, from the college community to Green Springs, Saint George’s Hundred to Toano. WCP is a non-profit, membership-only swim club open to the general public.
WCP is home to the Manta Rays Swim Team.
Open:
We will open on Friday, May 27 through Labor Day, or until further notice.
We remain open only on Weekends while WJCC Schools are in session.
Hours:
Monday – Saturday, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday, 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.

About WCP
The Williamsburg Community Pool (WCP) opened for business in August of 1955 following a community fund-raising effort. The Virginia Gazette documented its first days.
Officially we are known as the Williamsburg Area Memorial Community Center, Inc. We operate the pool and lease the community center building to the Virginia Regional Ballet.

- L-shaped, 25-meter length, 5 swimming lanes
- From 3’6″ to 5′ deep along the 25-meter length
- 35’x35′ diving area at 10’6″ deep
- 30′ x 20′ wading pool, separately fenced
- Plenty of tables, umbrellas, chairs, and lounges
- Barbecue grill
- Play areas
